Refund policy
We do not allow returns, which means that once the item has shipped it is no longer able to be returned. The main reason we do not allow returns is the nature of the product. UV light sensitive finishes can cure with the slightest exposure to sun or UV rays. Once it is out of our hands, we cannot control what happens to the product in regards to exposure either purposefully or not.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must not have shipped yet and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your email and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded minus the 25% restock fee on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
