Lite n Done, LLC - 1-Year Limited Liability Warranty for UV Lights

Lite n Done, LLC ("Lite n Done") provides this 1-Year Limited Liability Warranty to the original purchaser of its UV Light products ("Product"). This warranty is non-transferable and is valid for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

1. What This Warranty Covers

Lite n Done warrants that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship that arise under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period"). A "manufacturing defect" refers to a flaw in the product's construction or materials that was present at the time of purchase and is not a result of subsequent damage or use.

2. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This Limited Liability Warranty is void if the Product is damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, or as a result of unauthorized service or modification. This warranty does not cover:

Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, cracks, or other cosmetic issues that do not affect the functionality of the Product.

Accidental Damage: Any damage resulting from dropping, impact, liquid spills, or other accidents.

Improper Use: Damage resulting from use in a manner not intended by the manufacturer, including failure to follow product instructions.

Normal Wear and Tear: The natural deterioration of the Product through regular use.

Unauthorized Modifications: Any alteration, repair, or service performed by anyone other than an authorized Lite n Done representative.

3. Exclusive Remedy: Repair or Replacement

During the Warranty Period, if the Product is found to have a manufacturing defect, Lite n Done’s sole obligation will be, at its exclusive discretion, to either repair or replace the defective Product free of charge. The replacement product may be a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value. This is your sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team and provide proof of purchase. You will be required to return the defective Product for inspection at our cost.

4. CRITICAL SAFETY WARNING & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY REGARDING PERSONAL INJURY

UV LIGHT HAZARD: RISK OF SEVERE EYE AND SKIN INJURY. Ultraviolet (UV) radiation emitted from this Product is harmful to the eyes and skin. Direct exposure can cause serious and irreversible damage.

By using this Product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: You assume all risks associated with the use of UV light. It is your sole responsibility to use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including, but not limited to, UV-blocking safety glasses and protective clothing.

Exclusion of Liability for Personal Injury: LITE N DONE, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EYE INJURY, SKIN DAMAGE, OR ANY OTHER BODILY HARM, INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE, MISUSE, OR ACCIDENTAL EXPOSURE TO THE UV LIGHT EMITTED FROM THIS PRODUCT.

No Incidental or Consequential Damages: In no event shall Lite n Done, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from the purchase or use of this Product.

5. CRITICAL SAFETY WARNING: FIRE HAZARD & MANDATORY SAFETY COMPONENTS

Mandatory Use of Safety End Caps with Legs:
This Product must be operated only with the included safety end caps with legs properly installed. These components elevate the UV light off any surface. Placing the UV light directly on any surface while it is powered on—without these end caps—can cause extreme heat buildup and may result in fire or severe property damage.

Failure to Use Safety End Caps Voids Warranty:
Operating the Product without the safety end caps, or modifying or removing them in any way, constitutes improper use and will void this Limited Liability Warranty in its entirety.

6. General Provisions

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

This document contains the entire warranty and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings between you and Lite n Done, LLC regarding the Product's warranty.
